For a company considering going public, what are some of the advantages and disadvantages of seeking to being listed or traded on the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ?

They’re two different stock exchanges, I don’t believe either one has advantages or disadvantages, you should base your investment decisions on the fundamentals of individual securites.
